This century old historic home is situated in La Huerta "The Orchard" on the outskirts of Carlsbad, New Mexico. In close proximity to Carlsbad Caverns, recreational areas and parks in Southern New Mexico and West Texas. Day trips to Mexico are also a possibility.
This home was the residence of several outstanding families involved in the development and growth of Carslad and the surrounding ranching communities.
A few members of these families were avid gardeners and with present gardening efforts this has become a veritable oasis in the desert with peaceful, serene areas where one can find privacy and solitude.
